Canelita was born in Bolivia during one of the most uncertain times in recent history — the COVID-19 pandemic.

What started as a small passion project quickly became something much bigger. In the middle of lockdowns and challenges, we found comfort in creating something meaningful: desserts that brought people together, even in the hardest moments.

With dedication, creativity, and a deep love for baking, we began crafting cheesecakes that were not only beautiful, but unforgettable in flavor. What began at home soon turned into a growing brand, loved by many across our city.

As Canelita grew in Bolivia, so did our vision.

We dreamed bigger.

We dreamed of taking our flavors beyond borders — and that dream brought us to Miami.

Today, Canelita continues its journey in a new city, carrying the same passion, the same recipes, and the same commitment to quality that made us who we are. Every cheesecake is still handcrafted, using premium ingredients and our signature touch that blends tradition with innovation.
